Previously a contaminated Brownfield cleanup of a car crushing lot. It would become the first phase of the Annex Master Plan and represented the first large scale development in the Robertson neighborhood. The townhomes are situated in Rows that face inward towards common courtyards. The project was designed during a neighborhood charette that saw neighbors lay out the project using legos.

TREATY OAKS COTTAGES PHASE I

A walkable cottage community in the heart of the Nations. Treaty Oaks is an example of missing middle housing in Nashville, aimed to create lower price points with different housing sizes. Homes ranges from 1,000 sf two bedrooms to 1,600 sf 3 bedroom homes. All homes face a common courtyard on the interior and parking is relegated to the exterior, which creates better neighbor and community interaction.
