Stack 19 is an innovative and highly anticipated development coming to West Nashville’s thriving Nation’s neighborhood.  The 13,000 sq ft mixed-use building will offer 19 fully furnished hotel rooms and 2,000 sq ft of retail in former shipping containers. MiKen will acquire the shipping containers from New York-based SG Blocks and has enlisted Smith Gee Studio of Nashville to convert each 40-foot-long container into 320-600 sq ft units. Stack 19 will occupy the southeast corner of the intersection of 60th Avenue North and Morrow Road in The Nations, adjacent to MiKen’s cottage development, Treaty Oaks. Nearby accommodations include the adjacent 33 acre West Park community center, picnic shelter, playground, and athletic fields.
